Batter Dip is chocolate
creamy heaven, my friends (and of course, it's
egg - free, so don't panic) Luckily, my friend Chandy and I had it all to ourselves!
The
batter color was beautiful and since it had no raw
eggs I got to taste that thick and
creamy batter without fear.
So here's our secrets: 1 extra
egg for a richer taste, a little sugar for golden edges, 2 % or whole milk for a
creamier flavor, and adding a little melted butter to the
batter for....
Make sure you only add 2
egg yolks at a time, which will make the
batter smooth and
creamy.
Stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder,
egg white, and salt and mix until the cocoa powder is integrated and the
batter is smooth and
creamy and the consistency of a thick frosting.
In a small bowl, mix the
egg with the chickpea flour, season with salt, and beat the mixture with a fork to obtain a
creamy batter.
