I had been looking
at the expensive blenders until I realized that my $ 39 warehouse Oster blender had already been making me
creamy sauces without soaking the nuts.
I'm including that factoid, as you are so very good
at coming up with lovely,
creamy sauces.
Blend on high until smooth and
creamy, adding more water 1 tablespoon
at a time until the
sauce is pourable.

sauce but other than that I am
at a loss as to how they make it.
My favorite dish there is the shrimp salad, which has generously plump shrimp in a
creamy sauce... so I decided to recreate it
at home.
You can make amazingly flavorful curries with it using all quintessential Indian spices and
at the same time you can make a
creamy cauliflower
sauce to toss your pasta with adding whichever seasoning you like best.
Place all the ingredients for the pasta
sauce and blitz for
at least 1 minute until you have a
creamy consistency.
This recipe uses a Carolina Style BBQ
Sauce — aka vinegar based — and its zingy kick pairs so well with a
creamy coleslaw, you'd think you were
at a Ribfest!

If you look in one of the photos you can see that it definitely is pourable and
creamy like most homemade Alfredo
sauces, but not thin
at all, but once it clings to the warm noodles will thicken up almost immediately once coated around.
Look
at the shrimp in the
Creamy Tomato Seafood Bisque, the caramel
sauce on the Caramel Apple Egg Rolls, then there's the Tortellini with Spinach and Tomatoes, or how about Baked Goat Cheese Roasted Cranberry Appetizer?
I was a little skeptical
at first but then I remembered that I love using cashews for
sauces and dressings so I figured it would be just as
creamy and delicious in cheese.
When I made this lasagna I was pretty impressed
at how well the bechamel
sauce browned on top but stayed gooey and
creamy underneath, and I thought I could make a version of that that worked pretty convincingly as a vegan cheese.
I don't think I would be missing the cheese

Bring béchamel
sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until
sauce is thickened and doesn't feel grainy when a little bit is rubbed between your fingers, 6 — 8 minutes (cooking the flour thoroughly
at this stage ensures a
creamy sauce).
Lightly charred corn on the cob slathered in a
creamy chili, lime
sauce and topped with cilantro and cotija cheese is a great side to serve
at any summer cookout.
I crumble the goat cheese and stir it in
at which point it becomes
creamy and coats the mixture like a
sauce.
It's time to fill

On Monday I went out to eat with a few friends to try out the new vegan menu
at Zizzi's, I had a pizza with balsamic onions, olives, mushrooms and vegan cheese, the cheese once melted was more of a
creamy sauce, but the whole meal was really delicious nonetheless.
