creating new recipes in my kitchen, but I also love taking great recipes and making them healthier or adjusting them to fit my dietary needs.
Whether she is on a plane flying to Bali, doing yoga on the beach in Los Angeles, or

I now spend my free time searching for,
creating and trying tasty
new recipes in my closet sized
kitchen.
As I silently promised myself that I'd get to them this year, I soon realized that I might not ever even have a chance to cook out of them since most of my free time
in the
kitchen is spent
creating new recipes.
Back then, finding intolerant friendly
recipes was pretty tough, and confident as I was
in the
kitchen I had a whole lot of learning to do and
recipes to
create using
new ingredients, which I have done with time.
For those of you who like
creating new recipes (I personally call it «playing
in the
kitchen with fun ingredients»), you know how frustrating it can be when your
recipes epically fail.
I love spending my time
in the
kitchen creating and tweaking
recipes and trying out
new kitchen tools and methods of preparation.
As much as a I like being
in the
kitchen and
creating new healthy
recipes, I also really like to keep things simple.
Their bone broth is a regular staple
in my
kitchen these days, and it was what I used to
create the
recipes in my
new bone broth ebook (releasing later this year).
Still, my kids had been asking to help
create some
new blog
recipes (since I try to let them help out
in the
kitchen as much as possible) and I remembered the no - bake cookies I used to make as a child with my mom.
Experiment with
new recipes, enjoy being
in the
kitchen and
creating meals from scratch.
I don't love spending hours
in the
kitchen or
creating new, exciting
recipes from scratch.
This week, I challenged myself to experiment
in the
kitchen and
create three
new recipes.
But now that I'm living by myself and have a much larger
kitchen than
in my previous apartment
in college (where my living room,
kitchen, and dining room were essentially
in the same space), I've come to love
creating new recipes and re-
creating favorite childhood dishes.
