This is why you need to know that a lot of reasons can contribute to a low
testosterone level and these are things
as simple
as diets that won't provide your body with enough material to
create testosterone, lack of physical ability or
as complex
as exposure to chemical estrogens or modern food lacking nutrients.

creates a more «male» brain by suppressing development of the left side usually responsible for linear reasoning and certain language functions such

The scientific literature indicates the opposite of what we'd expect —

testosterone levels decrease and estrogen is
created as running time and mileage increase.
Higher levels of
testosterone will do this
as well, but only because they cause a greater amount of DHT to be
created.
Testosterone is an androgen
as well but its only real functions are to help you build muscle mass, and to
create DHT.
It increases the amount of natural
testosterone your body is already
creating, making you a virtually unstoppable force
as you lift, run, throw, kick or do whatever you do to get stronger.
However,
as the calorie deficit forces your body to burn away the adipose tissue (fat mass), your
testosterone production can improve at the same time,
creating a situation where serum
testosterone levels usually don't change that significantly.
