I must say I do not know a single woman of reproductive age who is in ketosis and fasting every day and not suffering the effects of stress in some sense (loss of her menstrual cycle, elevated cortisol and belly fat or other stubborn fat areas
created by cortisol, acne, moody and on edge, disrupted sleep, hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin, heart arrhythmia, cold body temperature, fatigue).
