Creatine Malate comes in two forms, di or tri which refers to the number
of creatine molecules that are attached to the Malate.
However,
the creatine molecule is easily broken down when exposed to heat, so it's a good idea to eat meats that you can safely consume in a raw form.
This is made by binding creatine to to parts of hydrochloride molecules (technically,
the creatine molecule is bound to a hydrochloride «moiety.»)
Taking it with just a tiny bit of fruit juice before a workout, allows
the creatine molecules to bind to the fruit juice.
