creating obvious passing situation (stopping the run in early downs) then they would have better overall numbers against the pass?

create predictable through balls / crosses into a crowded opponent area and we can call the
obvious passes as chances.
It is
obvious to us that if you
create a zero sum game where only a certain percentage
pass rate is allowed, then of course if one school increases its
pass rate, another must decrease.
