of touring the United States, capturing sounds, two artist residencies at the Virginia
Center for Creative

Coming off a 25th anniversary year, the 18th Street
Arts Center continues to support the
creation of cutting - edge, contemporary artwork through residencies, which provide artists with the time, space and financial support to complete an existing project or generate new work before it goes on to theaters or museums.
Born in Toronto, Canada, Jess is a graduate
of Bard College, received an MFA from Tyler School
of Art and clown training from the Manitoulin

Creation and Performance.
