The uppermost layer of the squash that
tops the lasagna becomes slightly
crispy and
golden in the oven and reminds me of my lacy, oven - baked latkes, for which I have a major weakness.
However, you do get the lovely flavors of the brie along with the spinach and the artichoke and the

For an easy way to make your own

Here potatoes are
topped with cheese and then get sandwiched in the machine before turning

crispy.
