Have tried a few bun recipes, most
crumble after slicing or filling.

When I tried to
slice the bars
after they had cooled, the bottom layer basically
crumbles when I try to pick them up.
I baked them in a parchment lined pan and once they were out of the oven,
sliced into them so they would not
crumble after fully cooled.
It was a bit soft out of the oven
after letting it cool so it
crumbled a little, but cold for the next few days it
sliced up well (good as cold mains in warm weather)
I made this last night, but it
crumbled when I tried to
slice it (
after cooling completely).
