There were a couple
flavors I liked, but they were older people - type cereals, like Shredded Wheat and Grape Nuts, rather
than the sugary kinds most lids preferred (but I did have a soft spot for Cinnamon Toast
Crunch!).
What I love about this recipe is that its easy, requires minimal ingredients, packs
flavor, uses truffle oil & rosemary (faves), has little calories, is great for entertaining, has a
crunch factor, and more nutrients
than the traditional potato based fries!
Took a bit longer
than expected but came out well... it's almost thai
flavored w / the coconut / lime combo, so I'd swap in thai basil next time and a bit more cashews or maybe walnuts for a bit more
crunch (the cashews absorbed too much liquid and got soggy).
Chocolately
flavor, a yummy
crunch, and no extra sugar, with a huge antioxidant punch (more
than green tea!).

than 60 percent of the company's cereals, including Cinnamon Toast
Crunch and Original Cheerios, are already without artificial colors and
flavors.
The current trend seems to be that planks are more popular
than crunches, before
crunches however sit - ups were the
flavor of the month.
I love these tender young stalks for snacking because they really are exactly what they say: milder less celery - ish
flavor, super easy to snap, break, and
crunch, and way less stringy
than any other celery I've eaten!
Seven grams of protein appears to be four grams more
than the three grams found in a serving of regular Cheerios, and about five grams more
than found in
flavors such as Honey Nut, Yogurt Burst and Dark Chocolate
Crunch Cheerios.
The grainy bits make it useless for most applications, used to be my favorite salt, but after biting into a few meals and getting that sandy
crunch with this stuff i cant use it for anything other
than flavoring boiling water for my pasta.
The garlic
flavor came through perfectly and the whole wheat pita substitution gave the overall chip a solid
crunch that was completely satisfying, making it easy to stop at just a small handful rather
than devouring the entire bowl before halftime!
