I never had pumpkin cheesecake before, I made this one
yesterday, my husband and I just had a piece it is out of this world, I didn't have gingersnap cookies so I had to use graham crackers I added a little bit of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and ginger to the
crust and mine did crack a little
even with the water bath, that's ok, it gets eaten anyway.
I made all the ingredients
yesterday so everything would be ready to pop into the
crust,
even remembering to take the phyllo out of the freezer.
