We sat at the table and cooked steak (with a few mishaps) and dipped
crusty bread cubes into the melty cheese for hours, laughing and telling stories and indulging the kids.
It's gently simmered so that the flavors meld together beautifully, and
the crusty bread cubes are almost like dumplings when soaked in the savory broth.
