A crusty crust (does that make sense?)
I am always looking for bread recipes with
a crustier crust!
I want to make something that tasted more like a «normal» pizza and had a thin,
crusty crust that you could actually pick up with your hands.
The loaves came out beautifully, with a moist tender holey crumb and a chewy and
crusty crust.
I just had one thing, I found the crust to be quite «moist», not very crumbly, if you know what I mean:D It wasn't really
a crusty crust, is that how it was supposed to be or did I do anything wrong?
These rolls are not mend to have
a crusty crust so this recipe is not ideal if you are aiming for crusty rolls, because it only develops a very thin crust.
A gluten free white bread with
a crusty crust, soft in the middle and doesn't fall apart when you slice it!
