I don't usually
juice fruit and I find it sweet enough with the
cucumber base.
150 grams plain + unsweetened plant
based yogurt 1 large garlic clove, grated 1/3 cup finely diced
cucumber 2 teaspoons fresh lemon
juice 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
I used her sunflower seed + lemon
juice + olive oil
base and then added some salt, pepper, fresh dill, and diced
cucumber to change it from an aioli to a mediterranean tzatziki.
Second breakfast — Usually a green smoothie with 1/2 scoop plant -
based protein powder (right now I really dig Plant Fusion), 1/2 an avocado, almond milk, 3 Brazil nuts, frozen mango, handful of kale or spinach,
juice from one lemon, 1/2 a
cucumber, 1/2 T coconut oil, and maybe some cinnamon or other spices.

Be sure to get most of it from the greens, using bok choy, celery or
cucumber as the main
juicing base.
When building your
juice, stick to lots of green, water - containing vegetables as your
base — think
cucumber, celery and romaine lettuce.
