sliced cucumber with carrot - ginger dressing as a snack instead of the mini Milky Way bars I originally went in there
for.
Add the minced tomato,
cucumber, celery, bell pepper, jalapeno, tomato juice, chopped or
sliced shrimp and several dashes of hot sauce — cover and chill
for 1 - 2 hours.
Radish halves, celery sticks,
cucumber slices, cauliflower florets, and / or wheat crackers
