Cucumbers are in season so that means we are trying to eat them (and drink them) as much as possible!
Cucumbers are in season so one of my favorite sauces to make is the Cucumber Yogurt sauce to keep cool while enjoying the evening among the stars.
Granted, this recipe is best a little later in the season when
cucumbers are in season, but it fits the bill for light and fresh.
Cucumbers are in season between May and July however they are available all year long.

Place
cucumbers in a medium bowl;
season generously with salt and toss to coat (they should
be pleasantly salty to the taste).
For this recipe, cantaloupe and
cucumber are marinated along with sliced Fresno chiles
in a Champagne vinegar - based dressing
seasoned with coriander and cardamom.
While the bulgar steams prepare dressing, chop herbs and vegetables: 1 — 2 C parsley, 1/4 C mint, 1/4 C fresh dill, 2 scallions / Add other veggies that
