I love it because
if I have a shirt with interesting
sleeves I can top it with this vest and still have the coverage I like with a third piece but show off the
cuffs and
sleeves.
If you want to show some
cuffs, then chose a cardigan with three forth
sleeves.
If you take the ruffles off the
sleeves, you'll have some matching fabric to add
cuffs or something.
The
sleeves have a nice detail that I love, the inner
cuffs have a thumb whole
if you want the
sleeve to cover your hands.
If fur collars and
cuffs are a common element, then fur
sleeves are something very special.

If I'd thought this through a bit more, I would have planned for the
sleeves to finish at this length without a
cuff... the
cuff seam allowance is a bit bulky.
