Not all dairy
yogurt cultures will work on
coconut milk, so you'll have to experiment a little.
I used 2 cans of
coconut milk, 2 cans of
coconut cream (about 1.5 liters or 1.5 quarts), 1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 packet of

yogurt starter.
Mainstream commercial
yogurts made from
milk have few bacterial strains and might not
culture coconut milk the way you might hope.
