If you want to make this a vegan smoothie, just omit the yogurt, or use
cultured coconut or almond milk.

or dairy - free
cultured milks like
almond or coconut, which is my preference.
You might want to consider adding keifer (
cultured milk) to your smoothie as a source of probiotics if you are using
coconut or almond milk.
If you do use a starter
culture, make sure to use a non-dairy whey from
coconut milk
or almond milk kefir.
Any
cultured dairy works well here but also a bit of cream
or any alternative milk such as
almond or coconut.
