If I want to make one of your gluten - free flour
blends, I would prefer to make 10
cups at a
time and have it handy.
With your mixer on low, add your flour and powdered sugar one
cup at a
time until all of the flour is
blended, then add the walnuts.
Normally I wouldn't recommend
blending less than 1
cup of cashews
at a
time, unless you've got an itty - bitty
blending device.
