I aim for soup
at least three
times a day
at meals, which means we're all getting around a
cup of stock in, as well as a
cup of plain stock before and between
meals for 3 - 4 more
cups a day.

meal with formula or breastmilk in a sippy
cup in place of a breastfeeding session than it is to try these two new types of nutrition
at separate
times.

I am drinking 3
times a day,
at least 6
cups per
meal, but I think I need more.
Drink 1 - 2
cups of green tea
at meal time, to help curb your feelings of hunger.
Drink 2 - 3
cups of water
at meal time to help distend your stomach and «fake» the feeling of being full.
I don't know why I was always dining here this
time of the year but I found myself eating pizza, delicious four cheese gnocchi, and a
cup of cappuccino
at the end of the
meal especially after class.
Consider measuring out food portions in small
cups to ensure that they are getting the same amount
at meal times.

meals a day with
meal portions ranging from 1/8
cup to 4
cups at a
time.
Somethings that may help are watching out that your tot isn't getting a snack very close to a
meal, starting the
meal sooner than later so that hunger is not overwhelming, serve only one bite on the tray or table — so no plate or
cup at this stage (you can bring them back in
time when
meals are calmer again) be sure your 2 year old is safely secured in the chair so that you can eat in peace without worries of standing up / toppling over becoming an issue.
