The recipe I saw online and I followed is: put half a

dates in a bowl with half a

water and leave it covered in the fridge for 24h stirring it whenever you remember.
Blend the drained nuts with the
dates, cinnamon and 2
cups of fresh
water for about 10 - 15 minutes, this will depend on the strength of your processor but you need to blend until a totally smooth, slightly runny yoghurt forms.

I couldn't get
date syrup in my local store so i made my own — 1

Date Nectar which I can't find in our Whole Foods store, I can make my own by using 1/2
cup of Medjool
dates soaked for 24 hours in 1/2

The second time I soaked the
dates in boiling
water to soften them and then I just used a blender stick to blend the
dates with sweet potato and maple syrup (much easier than a processor) I also made a budget version and used regular cocoa powder, 1/2 honey 1/2 maple syrup, no pinenuts - just 1/2
cup of coconut flour and 1/2 cornflour, I also added chopped walnuts.
