I doubled the recipe and used a 1/3
cup measure for the filling, but I ran out of filling with the 18th tortilla instead of being able to fill 24.
I haven't tried the recipe yet but I am already excited and so very, very thankful... more than anything for the fact that you put weights as well as
cup measure for all ingredients!
