Remember I just use the one mug all the time for all my cup measurements - so if you do not have
cup measures do not worry as long as you use the same mug all the time everything will be in proportion!

I subed 1
cup almond flour (spooned into the
measuring cup) for the coconut flour since we didn't have any and
did walnuts instead of chocolate chips and they were oh so yummy.
Before you put the bars in the oven push down on the bars as hard as you can with the back of a
measuring cup (rub the back of a
measuring cup with some oil so is
does not stick to the bars) before baking and then again after they come out of the oven.
I used the back of a
measuring cup (spray or oil the bottom so it

measure with grams rather than using
cups in your recipes they always turn out a little odd.
And the sugar, I used 2 scoops of a 1/3

I don't have the best luck with breaking eggs so I broke each one separately in a
measuring cup and then poured it on top.
Do everyone a favor and make this ever so slightly tangy syrup that you might want to bathe in but you can't because it would be inappropriate to take your clothes off at breakfast and you can't fit your whole body in that

measure it out, about 1 1/2

I think I slightly overdosed on the butter as I didn't really
measure it cause I was unsure whether the recipe called for 1/2

do my own conversion from
cup measures for dry ingredients as I find flour is such a difficult one to get right.
