For the sauce, I used 1 whole avocado, 1/3
cup nooch, 1/3 cup plain almond milk, 1 large fist of greens, and a pinch of salt.
For a quick caesar dressing, blend together 1/4
cup tahini, 1/4
cup water, 2 tbsp lemon juice, squirt of dijon, 2 tbsp
nooch, 2 garlic cloves, salt, and tons of pepper.
