really want to make it free
of refined sugar, you can omit the Oreo - based crust and use the following recipe for a 9 - inch fluted tart pan: 1 1/2
cups almond
flour, 1/3
cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4
cup raw agave syrup or
coconut sugar, 3 tablespoons
coconut oil, and 1/4 tsp sea salt.

really think 1
cup of coconut flour was way too much for this recipe.
Coconut flour is also
really delicious but is a bit trickier to substitute — usually 1/3
of a
cup for every
cup of normal
flour, plus some extra moisture (egg / milk).

flour to make waffles with as they turn out

cup of creamy almond milk 1 teaspoon
of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
of melted
coconut oil 3 tablespoons

of One Earth Vanilla Villa blend — if you can't find it add 1 teaspoon
of vanilla powder or extract 1 teaspoon
of baking powder a pinch
of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt

coconut flour 1/3 bar
of dark chocolate 1 tsp

I always replace half
cup of oats with
coconut flour and its
really nice!
This is a
really economical and easy method - and from a pound
of coconut, I end
of with several
cups of fresh
coconut milk and at least 2
cups of coconut flour FOR LESS THAN $ 3!!!
I have subbed oats
flour for
coconut flour before because it is
really absorbent but I usually do a bit more, so in this case where is calls for 1/4
cup of coconut flour, I would try using 1/3 to a 1/2
cup oat
flour!
