The batter starts with a cup of oat flour — 1
cup of oats thrown in the blender and chopped up into flour - like consistency.

throw it in an oven preheated to 350 for approximately 25 minutes.
I even added an extra dose
of healthy by
throwing in an entire
cup of oats.
Modifications were: - used traditional
oats because I didn't have quick cook, just gave them a quick zap in the Nutribullet and kept 1/4
cup unground for texture - omitted hemp seeds because I don't have those - unsweetened applesauce instead
of bananas (love bananas but wanted my blueberries to have center stage)- I'm not vegan so I used 2 medium eggs - replaced 1 tbsp peanut butter with mayo (love peanut butter but not necessarily mixed with other flavors)-
threw in maybe 1/2 tsp chia seeds just for grins Baking time was right around 35 minutes in a 8 × 8 Pyrex baking dish and I left them to cool all day and cut them into 9 bars this evening.
If I forget to start the
oats soaking 24 hours in advanced, I
throw in 1/4
cup rye flour or flakes to speed the breakdown
of antinutrients.
We just do 1/2
cup oats Tsp ground flax Cinnamon Squirt
of agave syrup (much lower glycemic index i.e. it doesn't raise blood sugar a ton) And sometimes
throw frozen raspberries....
I should do that with the oat flour, but I find it can

Raw Green Musli 1 avocado 4 apples — peeled and shredded juice
of a half
of lemon 1/4
cup raisins 1/4
cup raw nuts (any softer kind, pistachios work the best) 1/4
cup uncooked rolled
oats 1/4
cup raw honey * garnished with berries and hemp hearts Sometimes, when I don't forget, I
throw in some maca powder.
Keep the cinnamon and chips, lose a 1/4
cup of flour and
throw in some raisins and a 1/4
cup of oats (if you're like me and love raisins).
Then,
throw in a third
of a
cup of plain Greek yogurt (or make that a really generous blob), a half
cup of your favorite kind
of milk (any kind will work, really) and last but not least, a tablespoon or two
of maple syrup, depending on how sweet you want your
oats to be, as well as a pinch
of salt.
