I ended up salvaging it by removing a lot of the liquid
before adding the greek yogurt and I ended up adding 1.5
cups of marinara
sauce and a little extra greek yogurt and a TON of parmesan..
** If you use fresh spinach, use 3
cups and chop it
before adding it to the
sauce.
