I divide the puree into 1/2
cup sized freezer safe containers and freeze the puree until I'm ready to use it in muffins.

To do this I place the cooled baked oatmeal
cups into a quart
size plastic bag and lay flat in the
freezer.
I buy frozen fruits and fresh fruits that are in season... prep them, put about 1.5 — 2
cups of fruit and 3 of the yogurt «muffins» into a quart -
size freezer bag and pop them in the
freezer.
Measure a 1/4
cup of the mix and and pour in a to a
freezer size bag along with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
