Fold the dry ingredients into the wet
with a spatula and divide equally between the mini
cupcake molds.
Place froyo in silicone
molds or do what I did and line a
cupcake pan
with liners and pour about 1/4 c in each one.
2Grease four small
molds (a
cupcake tin or ramekins will work)
with Colavita olive oil and dust
with flour.
Then line your popsicle
molds with some pretzels and pour in the
cupcake - milk.
Coat your chosen pan
with a baking spray or coconut oil (8 - 9 inch springform, donut
mold, or muffin tin for
cupcakes, or use liners).
Cover your
molds (we used silicone
cupcake molds)
with a thin layer of agave or maple syrup.
You can prepare this in a 6 - inch round spring - from pan, or you can use a
cupcake mold, lined
with plastic wrap.
In anticipation of Valentine's Day, I made them in heart - shaped
cupcake molds, and topped each heart
with a split walnut piece (so it kind of made a mini-heart inside the brownie heart).
I used heart
cupcake molds & lined the tins
with cupcake papers.
Pour the remaining egg mixture into each
cupcake mold and top each egg muffin
with a tablespoon of cheese.
Some lighter than others, but desserts nonetheless and while I'm usually not one who needs a literal representation of holidays
with marzipan
molded into carrots or cakes in the shape of the Easter bunny, I love the beautiful, understated ways these bakers have incorporated an Easter vibe into their confections — and come on... those bunny
cupcakes are just adorable.
