Lord, having done it once before did not make it that much easier this year — except that I had the foresight to buy an extra
cupcake tin so I could make 24 at once.
I even bought a new
cupcake tin so I could do the 36 at once, but of course they all wouldn't fit on the same shelf, so I had to switch two trays half way through baking.
Not exact matches
So rather than do a four layer cake, I decided to bake one two - layered, 20 cm cake and 12
cupcakes using a muffin
tin.
Fill each
cupcake tin slot to the top and press the mixture down with your spoon
so that it's compact.
Divide the batter equally between 8 to 10 paper lined
cupcake tins (depending on the size of your
tins)
so that each one is 2 / 3rds full.
I couldn't make fill all 28
cupcake liners because I only have one muffin
tin,
so I just made them in batches of 12.
I didn't have a loaf pan,
so I used
cupcake tin.
you say line the
cupcake pan with
tins then grease, are you greasing the pan
so the liners don't stick?
I took a mini
cupcake / muffin
tin and rolled up aluminum foil and placed it in the center of each muffin
tin so that the donuts would bake with a hole!
I don't have a
cupcake / muffin
tin so I used a brownie pan lined with foil and cut it into squares even my veggie - phobic husband loves it... I kind of didn't tell him it has zucchini!
I really want to make this cheesecake but in
cupcake tins for Christmas
so guests can easily handle them.

tin tasters were
so good i couldn't help but think this would make outstanding
cupcakes with an icing made from greek yogurt or sour cream or creme fraiche....
When we make Savory Bites, meals in the
cupcake tin, I use clear bowls filled with the very same vegetable options and I add sautéed spinach, blanched broccoli, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers and tomatoes, grilled vegetables,
so that when they are making «personal pan pizzas» or penne pasta gratins they can layer in the Colors they are attracted to first, instead of thinking about the taste.
That is
so prefect of a idea to put the paint inside of the
cupcake tin, I love to have fun outside planned.
Leave the
cupcakes in their
tin for 10 minutes or
so before turning out onto a wire rack.
The cookies were flatter than I like,
so the second batch got thrown in a
cupcake tin and baked up
so they were thick cups of goodness.
