1 (approximately 2 pound) fillet of best - quality salmon, skin on, previously frozen 1 bunch dill 2
cups sugar 1
cup salt (I use kosher) 3 - 4 tablespoons vodka or
aquavit
Add the fruity - cuke mash to a cocktail shaker along with 1/4
cup of gin, a generous dash of honey, 2 tablespoons of
aquavit (a caraway seed - infused Scandinavian liqueur), 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and a handful of ice.
