Fresh Berries with Maple Syrup: Cook 2

I eat very little fruit (mostly 1/2
cup berries in my morning kefir) and no starches or grains.

cup spelt
berries in water overnight; drain.

Once I learned that raspberries have more fiber than any other
berry (a whopping 9 grams per
cup... OMG) plus 60 % of the daily value of immune - boosting Vitamin C, I fell even more
in love with them than before.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the

in my fridge was raspberries, but I have such a hard time cooking fresh fruit (I just think it's so much better for you fresh) so, I opted for frozen blueberries instead - 1
