I've been following the recommendations very closely: 2 tsp FCLO from Green Pastures
everyday, about 2
cups of raw milk a day, a couple
of tablespoons
of raw butter a day, 2 eggs plus 3 egg yolks per day, liver occasionally, wild salmon about once a week, beef almost daily, 2 tbsp coconut oil daily,
bone broths often, grains only that are soaked (occasionally), fresh fruit and veggies, no sugar or junk food at all.
