There is a step missing
in the meringue section
of this recipe - I'm assuming you grind the freeze dried
strawberries in a food processor, reserve 1/4
cup, and combine the rest with the almond flour, which becomes the almond mixture you add at the end
of the first step.
Topping - I kind
of winged this part, but was very pleased: I simmered some frozen rhubarb
in a pot with some white sugar and then added ~ 1/2
cup strawberry jam.
