Exhibited by Wynwood Art Group Studio & Gallery (Miami, FL), the booth is a curated mix of works made by the two distinct yet connected artists.

Of those I visited, Art Miami reprised its welcome survey of Latin American artists; Untitled lit its beach tent with wide, carefully curated booths showing refreshingly unfamiliar material from all over the world; Pulse drew the young to accomplished work by mid-career artists who remain affordable; and the Design Fair played curated interiors of mid-century masters against the technological marvels of space - age lighting and the the largest - ever 3D printed work from sustainable materials — SHoP architects» outdoor pavilion digitised out of recycled bamboo whose combined airiness and tensile strength stand to revolutionise building.

Standouts were grouped works by Wifredo Lam, the David Castillo booth curated by artist - du - jour Mickalene Thomas, the cluster of Rose Wylie's poignant drawings of the non-internet of things she interacts with every day, and a pristine collection of early Richard Diebenkorn works on paper.

Astounding to come across a pristine 9ft (2.75 m) Alexander Calder in the entryway, refreshing to find the ubiquitous Damien Hirsts and Jeff Koonses offset by closely edited booths such as that which Bernice Steinbaum curated around «The Peaceable Kingdom».

In the main gallery booth we will exhibit a curated group show highlighting a selection of artists from our program, and for the fair's Profile section a solo presentation by Charles Avery will be exhibited.

Curated by the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden's Gianni Jetzer, the Unlimited sector of Art Basel is a platform for large - scale installations and sculptures, projected video works, live performances, and anything else that can't be contained in the art fair booth.

Alongside the 193 galleries in the main section, this year the fair boasts a new $ 5,000 prize supported by Mutina and a new Dialogue section, which presents tightly curated booths of no more than three artists.

In a separately delineated space within their booths, galleries present a curated exhibition by an artist of their choice.

Large scale paintings, works on paper and books from two major new projects by Soly Cisse and Pelagie Gbaguidi will be exhibited in a curated booth.

Artwork by Eric Fischl was presented in a solo booth adjacent to the exhibition he curated featuring New York Academy alumni.

This go around, the gallery brought a curated booth titled On the Fabric of the Human Body, curated by Gianni Jetzer, formerly of the Swiss Institute.

Along with its emphasis on curated booths — next year's Platform section is being curated by Jen Mergel, formerly the senior curator of contemporary art at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston — the Armory Show is adding another new initiative that Berry introduced: a day - long Curatorial Summit, chaired by Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago curator Naomi Beckwith.
