In the Hood by David Hammons, is one of the best works at Fresh Hell, a group show curated by Adam McEwen at Palais de Tokyo, Paris.

Storefront had a fine show of work on themes of blackness and printing, curated by William Powhida.

In 1966, Martin was included in two early shows of art that gathered examples of the new approach: Systemic Painting, curated by Lawrence Alloway at the Solomon R Guggenheim Museum, and 10, featuring work chosen by Robert Smithson at the Dwan Gallery.

The show, organized by More Art and curated by Karen Azoulay, features works by eleven artists who use the Victorian technique of floriography, in which messages are encoded into flower arrangements and translated using a specialized «floral dictionary.»

Both curated by Christina Gigliotti, the show features work by Mirak Jamal, Anna Ročňová and Sung Tieu, and will explore the «material and immaterial traces of arriving and departing, blurred memories, and the silence in between.»

Hoyland (1934 — 2011) is one of Britain's most renowned abstract artists and this sensitively curated show covers works produced between 1964 and 1982, a key period in the artist's career that saw variation and experimentation in the creative process and visual impact of his work.
