But when I started looking
into actual formulations and actual data for «better absorbed»
curcumin, what I found was shocking.
And there's a simple reason we know our turmeric

curcumin doesn't easily translate
into these more practical kitchen and recipe applications.
Curcumin truly is a versatile substance, and the research has even stretched
into its effects on the hormonal balance in the body.
The anti-inflammatory activity of
curcumin also comes
into play here, as it lowers the chances of developing ulcers, bleeding in the bowels, and generally eliminates irritation throughout the gut.
Part of the laboratory research
into curcumin suggest that it may help combat hair loss in a number of ways.
Turmeric is a yellow root often ground
into a spice, containing one of nature's most potent anti-inflammatories,
curcumin.
