Again, whatever you've got around — I used a combo of mizuna,
curly kale, cavolo nero, baby
spinach, rocket,
and buttercrunch, as that's what we had in our garden.
I used
curly kale for the greens this time, but baby
spinach, Tuscan
kale (above),
and Swiss chard all make for fine substitutions.
I love both
curly and flat leaf
kale... especially raw in salads as a nice alternative to standard greens or
spinach.
I love adding
curly kale to soup because unlike
spinach, it holds its texture well
and doesn't become a slimy blob.
I made this with
curly kale instead of
spinach and it was really good!
1 x 15 cm piece cucumber (peeled if not organic) 2 stalks celery 2 handfuls leafy greens such as:

spinach, silver beet, collard greens 1 handful fresh herbs such as: mint
and parsley 1 x 5 cm piece fresh ginger 1 lemon juiced 3/4 cup filtered water 1 handful ice optional: 1 green apple, core removed
I've just made this for supper
and it was delicious, I made some substitutes as didn't have all ingredients - dried chilliest, curry powder as I had no mustard seeds
and put some cauliflower in with potatoes
and only had half bag of
spinach so added
curly kale too.
