Very sour fruits like lemons, limes, black
currant juice and sour grapefruit are usually fine for most people.

currant juice 1 egg white sprinkle ground nutmeg Method: In a tall glass, pour in the orange juice and black
currant juice.
It's also unusual in that it has black
currant juice concentrate (svartvinbärssaft) in the sauce.
The kind of juice that is used as a base also has an important role — we use a red
currant juice concentrate that Heikki's mother has made from her own berries, and it lends quite an authentic color and flavor to the drink.
To make a cup of glögi, I use about 3 tablespoons of the spice infusion, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of red

The dish pops with pickled
currants, a generous helping of Pecorino cheese and a bright, tart dressing made from vinegar, olive oil, lemon
juice and lemon oil.
Remove from the food processor, tip into a large bowl and add the rest of the raisins,
