I use canned coconut milk
in so many dishes, from
curries and
soups to pies and raw cheesecake.
Since I really like
curry in my corn chowder I made a few adjustments, but the
soup was delicious.
Edamame rocks, nice choice for letter E! I'm a huge fan of Wagamama including their vegan noodle

in Boston (I wish it is available nationwide
in the U.S.).
