The Problem - While I am not speaking for all court orders for custody evaluations, I can say that of the ones accompaning the problematic custody evaluation report, they can all be described as being generic and non-specific as well as providing total discretion over
the custody evaluation process to the custody evaluator.
Taken together, the message I want to continue to deliver is that
