Today, the PC version of Dishonored 2 got a beta update that adds
new custom difficulty settings as well as options for mission restart and mission select.
Bethesda has announced that Dishonored 2's second free game update with
additional Custom Difficulty Settings and Mission Select will be available worldwide today for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The changes in question are are the «New Game +» mode and the «
custom difficulty settings.»
The reticule can only be disabled by turning off all the assists when creating
a custom difficulty setting, meaning you'll no longer have access to a mini-map or be able to tag enemies.
More customization options will be coming to Dishonored 2 with the next free update in January 2017, including two new features: Mission Select and additional
Custom Difficulty Settings.
A special slider is also included in
the Custom Difficulty settings for those seeking the ultimate challenge with Iron Mode.
Even more options to customize your experience will arrive in January with the game's second free update that will include two new features: Mission Select and additional
Custom Difficulty Settings that further tailor to your playstyle and adjust the challenge based on a wide array of settings.
Dishonored 2 now offers even more freedom of choice and options to play your own way with the additional
Custom Difficulty settings.
