That reminds me of something I'm almost certain I read somewhere (with a 5 % chance I may only have imagined I did): Coco Chanel used to
cut the armholes of her jackets high, because the result looked... Better?

Jackets need to shape in at the correct waistline, dresses need to be
cut to the length of your torso with the size of the
armhole adjusted.
The
armholes are
cut correctly so my bra does not show at all.
Name the issue, I've faced it: it's too sheer, the static cling is like no other, I can fit my head through the
armhole, the
cut makes me look like a teepee, the list continues on.
Something to keep in mind: how much you
cut off the
armholes is how much it will be open on the sides.
The second picture got
cut off a little, but all you do is
cut off the neckline and
