for results BUT my lower back muscles were trashed, ihad to stretch immediately waited a couple minutes i did 74 rest paused only 10 sec pause, then 185 22 reps nonstop then a drop set 135 20 reps i had to stop my back was cramping i waited 5 minutes and did 135 a few more sets of 20 I'm hoping my back will adapt i don't like
cutting the set short and stopping at the top is how i used to train and got me nowhere maybe stronger but in terms of pump not loving out on
squats is tremendous.
So I go to the gym a lot and I'm trying to gain a nice bum but it's making my legs quite muscley, I'm going to take your advice and do cardio
for a long period of time and not eat carbs but how will I be able to continue improving my bum if I need to
cut out specific excersises which are aimed at buttocks (that mostly involved legs —
squats eg) x
One suggestion I will make here is
for the smaller muscle groups — biceps, triceps, delts, and abs get quite a bit of work from their bigger counterparts [think chin ups, bench press variations, deadlifts,
squats, shoulder pressing etc.], so
cut the volume of these smaller muscle groups by half of what is recommended [4 - 6 sets / 2 = 2 - 3 sets]
