The gist
of gnocchi goes like this: a) usually a mixture
of flour, eggs, and potatoes (though in this case,
pumpkin) mixed together and kneaded into a light dough, 2) rolling
out the dough and
cutting the gnocchi into cubes, 145) using a special tool to give the gnocchi ridges for the sauce to cling on to.
Since you lose richness when you
cut the fat
out of a recipe, this works better with bitter or spicy cake flavors like chocolate,
pumpkin, or carrot cake.
Rub the edge
of the filled

of water, then place the

pumpkins but my secret pal at church gave me a
pumpkin with Snoopy
cut out of it for my Birthday (Oct. 3).
There are plenty
of different design schemes to choose from, ranging between classic (think
pumpkins, black cats, and creepy witch

outs) to spooky and unusual (creative touches that are more modern, yet rather creepy at the same time.)
Cut out leaves using colored paper that complements the hue
of your
pumpkin.
I'm also adore the simplicity
of the Halloween front door (below) that is decorated using a swarm

out bats and a similar mix
of branches and
pumpkins.
