cutting calories somewhere else.

somewhere, and it seems like maybeeeee the olive oil could be the place (or maybe use less olive oil, and substitute something else in?).
You need to get your
calories from
somewhere, and fruit and veggies alone just isn't going to
cut it — unless you're happy to do a lot of non-stop chewing.
* If I were trying to lose weight, I'd reduce my
calorie intake to
somewhere between 12 - 14 x my height in centimeters, mostly by
cutting the juice out of my shakes.
