Finding the products you mentioned here and being so picky about carbs is just not possible if you work 16 hours a day 1 - I drink plenty of
diet soda (coke zero mostly) 2 - I eat atkin bars
daily (but this only after 2 freaking weeks of induction and no lost weight!!!)
