Kim helped me work toward my goals by introducing me to
daily green drinks, learning how to read labels, and over all conscienceless of how I treat my body and what I put into it.

I was recently sent a box of
Daily Greens juices to try, and it got me thinking about my choices when it comes to
drinking juice.
I also get 2Tbs baking cocoa powder
daily, and
drink both coffee,
green tea every and 7 fl oz red wine every day.

And it really ticks me off because I work so hard to keep my immune system in tip - top shape - loading my body with healing foods, taking
daily supplements (including echinacea when I feel even the slightest tickle in my throat) and
